Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the SomethingElse-mails.com program
you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
SomethingElse-mails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or
delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior
notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all
changes to this policy via an administrative message available in
the member's area and upon first login after the message has been
created. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse
is to terminate this agreement by unsubscribing from the program.
Your continued participation in the SomethingElse-mails.com program
following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement
on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this program.
Our program is open to International members and is void where prohibited
by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name, email address and address
including correct residential country in the sign-up process and may
not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with
different email addresses. Your computer and IP must not be shared
with another individual that has an existing SomethingElse-mails.com
account. You have to choose keywords in your account info section.
There are bad ones you should not check or your account will be suspended.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your
account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging into your account and following
the "Account Info" link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your SomethingElse-mails.com
account including authorization by you to any third party individual
who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity
deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by SomethingElse-mails.com be
detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes
of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you have listed in your
userinfo with SomethingElse-mails.com. You agree to receive e-mail
advertising from SomethingElse-mails.com.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked
to messages from SomethingElse-mails.com, your account will be terminated.
This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination
of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination.
User using auto-responders will also be deleted immediately. At no
time will administration respond to messages requiring verification
that SomethingElse-mails.com is sending you good emails and not spam;
it is the member's responsibility to ensure that mail from SomethingElse-mails.com
is whitelisted.
Activity Requirements:
Account will be suspended, if the member has been inactive over 30 days. The member has 30 days to request restoration of this account. After 60 days of inactivity the account will be purged from the database.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and SomethingElse-mails.com are independent contractors, and nothing
in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency,
franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between
you and SomethingElse-mails.com. You understand that you do not have
authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations
on behalf of SomethingElse-mails.com. You may not make any statement,
whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything
in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and
payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
SomethingElse-mails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost
business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive,
incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this
Agreement or SomethingElse-mails.com program, even if SomethingElse-mails.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
SomethingElse-mails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement
will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you
under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination
or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertisers
websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the
website provided by SomethingElse-mails.com. Members may earn by referring
new members to the SomethingElse-mails.com program. Members will earn
a percentage of advertising revenues collected by SomethingElse-mails.com.
Members will be paid via AlertPay, BE-Cash, e-gold, Moneybookers or
Paypal.
PTP earnings are paid in cash directly to your account. When you reach
payout, your account balance will be checked and you will receive
full payout of personal and direct referral earnings, but only 10%
at a time of your PTP earnings. This is to ensure the viability of
Somethingelse-mails. For example, if you reach payout and have $5
in your account, with $2 in personal earnings and $3 in PTP earnings,
you would receive $2.30 ($2 personal earnings plus 10% of your PTP
earnings).
SomethingElse-mails.com will pay members when their balance reaches
the minimum payout rate set by SomethingElse-mails.com. Once the member
has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made
within 10 days or a reasonable time after.
Selling our ads or account:
You can't resell our ads without our permission. This rule works for
ads from your redemptions too! You also cannot sell your account,
without our permision.
SomethingElse-Mails Rights:
The user agrees that SomethingElse-mails.com has unlimitted rights
concerning the program.
SomethingElse-mails.com reserves the right to change anything, at
anytime, with notification through administrative message to the members
notifying them of the change or changes.
Ads Redemptions:
If you redeem for an ad that is rejected, your earnings (points or
cash) will be returned to your account and you will receive a notice
that your ad is rejected because of not following the rules. Please
note that this includes, but is not limited to, redeeming for a search
ad for a non-search site. In no instance will ads for adult sites
of any kind, gambling sites, or illegal sites be allowed as redemptions
or ad purchases. Multiple cases of rejected redemptions will cause
your account to be suspended and potentially cancelled.
